<서영도 x 김율희>는 국내 최고의 베이시스트이자 다방면으로 음악 활동을 펼치고 있는 서영도와 전통음악을 바탕으로 재즈, 레게 등 여러 음악 장르를 넘나들며 활동하는 소리꾼인 김율희가 선보이는 듀오 공연이다. 베이시스트 서영도는 재즈 베이시스트로서 뿐 아니라, 대중음악과 뮤지컬 등 다양한 음악을 다루는 능력과 시야가 탁월한 아티스트로, 재즈부터 대중적인 음악을 모두 섭렵하며 많은 재즈팬들의 사랑을 받고 있다. 소리꾼 김율희는 국가무형문화재 판소리 이수자이며 ‘우리소리 바라지’의 보컬이다. 전통과 창작을 아우르는 뛰어난 실력으로 평창동계올림픽 폐막식에 초청되어 판소리를 선보였으며, 2022년 KBS 국악대상 판소리상을 수상하기도 하였다.

Bassist Seo Young-do is not only a jazz bassist, but also an artist with excellent ability and perspective in handling various types of music, including popular music and musicals. Pansori singer Kim Yul-hee is a holder of the Intangible Cultural Heritage Pansori, and as a vocalist of “BARAJI”. She composed and performed Pansori at the closing ceremony of the Olympic Winter Games PyeongChang 2018 .
